I was looking for women to photograph for a series of mine about women. I was looking for them to come in all shapes and sizes, with many stories. During that time, I met Elizbet. She is a young scholar who was studying journalism. She, at the time, was on a mission to learn about her culture, her heritage and her family. She was set to travel shortly after this session. I was happy to have spent time with her. During our session in between photos, I learned a lot about her and her journey. She was so shy, very sweet, and extremely photogenic.
